Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival

Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival

Friday 16th – Sunday 18th June 2017

Welcome to one of the biggest and free maritime music concerts in Europe!

Shanty bands and singers from all over the UK and Continent converge on Falmouth bringing a huge diversity of shanties performed on stages throughout the town until late.

Falmouth will be flooded with music, singing and infused with a great community spirit. It’s a great way for the whole family to soak up the true atmosphere of the town’s seafaring past and you’ll find it hard to stop your feet tapping along to the infectious rhythms.

Join us on Events Square where we will be bringing you the best of the entertainment, Skinner’s bar, food stalls and the biggest Arts, Craft & Local Produce Marquee yet!

In addition to bands performing each day and evening, the Opening and Closing Ceremonies will also be held on Events Square.
