Now in its fourth year, and extended to three days, The Fish Festival hosts Cookery Demonstrations, Live Music and Children’s Entertainment, alongside a Cornish Produce and an Arts & Craft Market.
This event forms a part of the Falmouth Spring Festival, now in its third year, and includes for the first time, The Cider & Folk Festival, a new festival for Falmouth.
The Fesival aims to bring tother persons, organisations, traders and practitioners in the seemingly diverse areas of eco-living, natural health, complementary medicine, alternative technology, spirituality and personal growth.
Falmouth Festivals, organises, facilitates or co-ordinates the annual programme of activities on Events Square in Falmouth. The area in front of the National Maritime Museum Cornwall has hosted hundreds of events over the past 8 years, from Ellen McArthur’s triumphant return from her recording breaking Round the World Voyage to the annual Falmouth Oyster Festival. Shanty Festivals, Falmouth Week Entertainment Marquee, BBC Antique Roadshow, Shelterbox’s Big Charity Sleepover, Arts & Crafts Beach Hut markets to the Fal Fish Festivals are just some of the diverse events that attract large numbers of the public, both local and visitors.
A small team, with a strong supplier base, cater for a wide variety of events, ensuring a safe, well organised and appealing occasion, however big or small the festival.
